This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Logihertz Systems (OPC) Private Limited collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the www.logihertz.com website. This policy is drafted in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

1. Collection of Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, and professional details.

We do NOT collect sensitive financial data (like Credit Card numbers) directly on our servers. All financial transactions are processed through secured third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

Automatically Collected Data: We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Logihertz Systems may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

• To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
• To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
• To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
• To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

8. Variation of Terms

Logihertz Systems is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

9. Assignment

Logihertz Systems is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mumbai for the resolution of any disputes.

Logihertz Systems is committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the specialized nature of our R&D and Hardware products, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

1. Hardware Products

Returns: We accept returns of hardware products only if they are defective upon arrival (Dead on Arrival - DOA) or fail within the specified warranty period due to manufacturing defects. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt for DOA claims.

Refunds: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the defective unit back at our facility. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incompatibility issues where the customer failed to verify specifications.

RMA Process: All returns must be authorized via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our support team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Software & Licensing (STRUCT OS)

Software licenses are non-refundable once the license key has been issued or the software has been downloaded. We provide trial versions or beta access for evaluation purposes before purchase. Once a digital key is exposed to the user, it is considered "consumed" and cannot be returned.

3. R&D & Consulting Services

Fees paid for custom Research & Development, consulting, or engineering services are non-refundable once the project has commenced. Milestones and deliverables are defined in the specific Service Agreement. In the event of project cancellation by the client, billings will be made pro-rata for work already completed. Retainer fees are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the contract.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact accounts@logihertz.com with your Order ID and reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable use of Logihertz Systems' services, infrastructure, and products. This Policy is in place to protect our customers, employees, and the Internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Logihertz Systems network or services to:

• Transmit, distribute, or store material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws.
• Send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") or conduct phishing scams.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful software.
• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing, port scanning, or vulnerability scanning against any system not owned by you.
• Engage in Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or any activity that disrupts network performance.
• Engage in crypto-jacking or unauthorized cryptocurrency mining on our infrastructure.

2. System Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Logihertz Systems is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

3. Enforcement

Logihertz Systems reserves the right to investigate any violation of this Policy. If a violation is found, we may:

• Suspend or terminate your account and access to services immediately.
• Remove any content that violates this Policy.
• Report the activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil violations.
